Hi, I’m Sarah!
Hi, I’m Sarah, a pediatric Occupational Therapist with experience supporting children and families across homes, clinics, hospitals, schools, and community settings. I hold a Master of Occupational Therapy and a Bachelor of Science in Public Health, and I am passionate about providing play-based, sensory-informed care that helps children build confidence, regulation, independence, and everyday life skills.
My Approach
My approach is child- and family-centered, focused on meeting each child and family where they are. I believe in supporting the whole child through connection, compassion, and meaningful experiences that nurture confidence, development, and belonging. I love fostering each child’s natural curiosity and sense of wonder through play, and believe every child is intentionally created with purpose and value.
As both a parent and clinician, I understand the value of practical, meaningful strategies that fit naturally into everyday life. My goal is to empower families with simple, supportive tools while creating spaces where children and caregivers feel seen, encouraged, and supported as they learn and grow together.
