We are providers in speech and occupational therapy! We have licensed clinicians in speech therapy and occupational therapy who can complete evaluations.

Speech and occupational evaluations may address habilitative or rehabilitative needs.

Habilitative speech needs are based on pediatric or developmental delays. We address articulation, language development, fluency, voice, and social skills.

Occupational therapy evaluations address fine motor, finger and grip strength for opening or closing bags or bottles, sensory integration, and strengthening to achieve activities of daily living. These skills may involve use of zippers, buttons, scissors, or use of writing utensils.

Rehabilitative needs involve the rehabilitation or restoration of function that was previously acquired but has since been lost. Loss of function can result from many factors including brain injury, stroke, trauma, nerve damage, or even the aging body.

After completion of a comprehensive evaluation, individualized therapy sessions are tailored to your needs.

Speech therapy may address:

-Following directions

-Asking or answering questions

-Vocabulary

-Safe swallow function

Occupational therapy may address:

-grip strength

-fine motor skills for buttoning or zipping

-independent dressing needs

-writing
